Zainab Al-Hassan is a passionate entrepreneur and a dedicated executive leader with over 10 years of successful milestones and learning experiences in managing mega communication and consultancy projects, establishing and optimizing business processes, developing regional business and launching startup initiatives. Zainab is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Olaiwat Innovation Activation, a modern consultancy that helps startups, SME’s and large corporations build innovation capabilities and cultures. She is also a partner in and COO of DaDeDo, one of the leading independent creative communication agencies in the Arabian Gulf, serving large accounts such as Tamkeen, Qatar Foundation, ADNOC, Dubai Economy, Aramco and many more. Zainab has been instrumental in the expansion and growth of the operations of both companies around the region. Zainab has a bachelor of arts in computer graphics and is the first Arab woman to enroll in the world-acclaimed Executive MBA in Creative Leadership from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
