"Over the past thirteen years, Dr.Nehal has been working as a Researcher, Academic Instructor and Advisor, as well as a Business and Management Consultant. She has been teaching both at both the undergraduate and graduate student level, in various National and International Universities in Egypt. She has been actively involved in assisting and supervising post graduate students, both on the Masters and Doctorate levels. Dr. El Naggar is currently an Assistant Professor at the Royal University for Women in the Kingdom of Bahrain. With a strong belief in both people and developing human capital, Dr. Nehal has been guiding students on startups, and mentoring entrepreneurial projects throughout her career. Two of her mentored teams have won the Best Company Award in the INJAZ Bahrain Young Entrepreneurship Company Competition for two consecutive years, in both 2017 & 2018, as well as the INJAZ Al Arab's Best Product Award in 2018, held in Kuwait."
